VG PARIS applies the Made-to-order system, thus the garments You receive are made specially for You with accuracy and precision and pass an obligatory quality control before being sent to You, therefore the risk of defect or the risk of receiving a wrong item is considerably low.

Depending on the origin of an issue the possibility of return or exchange can be considered but not guaranteed.


If a garment was approved for return you will receive a "Return Form". 
The parcel will not be accepted without a "Return Form".


Purchase can be returned within 14 days after the delivery for a refund or exchange, 
depending on the origin of an issue.

If the pacel has been returned after the indicated date it will be refused and delivered back to the sender.


The return will be accepted only with a "Return Form" and if the products are returned in perfect condition: not worn, with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.


All costs and duties of the returning parcel is the responsibility of the sender.

VG PARIS is not responsible in the case of loss, damage or thievery of the parcel.

Parcel must contain the Customer’s identification (first name, last name address and return code) otherwise the parcel will be refused and sent back to sender.


As we have received the returned product you will be informed by email about successful receipt and the date 
of reimbursement.


You will receive a reimbursement for the value of the returned garment within 14 days after the product has been returned to us. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.


Please, note that to return the items we highly recommend you chose an insured and traceable delivery company for your protection.


If you want to exchange a product you must contact us within 14 days of receipt at ​ or by calling us at +33 6 63 8 44 9 55.


Depending on the origin of an issue the possibility of exchange can be considered but not guaranteed.

Please note, the parcel will not be accepted without an "Exchange Form".

You have 14 days after the receipt date to return the product to us by following the procedure of return described in the section above named "Returns"

You will receive a new garment within 15 days after the product has been returned to us.


For successful return or exchange follow these conditions:

•The garment must be returned to us in exact perfect state as you receive them: 

not worn, with all the accessories, tags and seal originally attached.

•The return or exchange will be only accepted if the product is accompanied by the  "Return Form" or "Exchange Form".


•The garment must be returned in its original undamaged packaging including tissue paper and the box.

•To get refund for delivery please make sure to put the delivery bill indicating the parcel tracking number into the return parcel.

•If the conditions were not followed properly the product will be returned to the sender.


If the conditions described in the sections above were followed correctly you will get reimbursed by VG PARIS the cost of the product and the standard delivery. 


The refund will come within14 days after the receipt of the returned parcel. You will be reimbursed by bank transfer into the same account with which the purchase was made.  


If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled items. If You are interested in similar garments, please contact us by email at or by calling

Refunds and discounts are not available if an item is not shipped within the  5-15 

business day timeframe. Refunds are only available if the design is discontinued and is no longer available.
